2 shots Red Stag
15ml Sourz Apple
15ml Sweet Vermouth
 
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir briskly for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. 

Crimson Cooler: Providing an opportunity to use up your clementines – always a prerequisite over Christmas – this stunningly simple serve embellishes Red Stag by Jim Beam’s notes of orange blossom, and is guaranteed to have wide appeal.

 
1 x small wedge fresh clementine, squeezed
1 shot Red Stag
1 bar spoon Grenadine
Top with ginger ale
 
Fill a highball glass with ice, add ingredients and gently stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
 
 
Kentucky Cream: A decadent fusion of winter-warming ingredients, this is the ultimate of all nightcaps with which to round off an evening with friends and family.

1 x squeeze fresh orange
1 ½ shots Red Stag
½ shot Bols Dark Cacao
10ml vanilla syrup
2 shots single cream
 
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice for 10 seconds, strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
