Editor - I've just started on this plan myself - it's super easy to use, can be fitted really easily into your daily routine and contains some really balanced, nutritonal ideas.
The idea of the honesty booth and being allowed to compensate for it in the following days is ingenious, you actually don't even have to think about or count calories (which is a welcome relief!) - this plan works it all out for you, all you need to do is buy the ingredients and follow the recipe!
The plan isn't any more expensive than the leading brand of "slimming clubs" and you don't have to suffer the humilation of lining up to get weighed in!
Caroline's approach is sensible, can be tailored around a number of nutritional needs and you can even blacklist your most hated vegetables or foods!
