Back to School NOMS for lunchboxes

Kids do eat rubbish these days and it’s becoming more recognised that children (and adults) are suffering from wheat intolerances and coeliac disase.

Wheat and gluten can cause irritable tummies as well as a whole host of other problems – including mouth ulcers, piles, fatigue, leaky gut.

Bakewell Slices  Jam Ring

Mrs Crimbles has the answer – a little mini bakewell slice here or a chocolate brownie there shouldn’t do any harm, especially if they are running it off in the playground.  Just take a little more notice of wheat and gluten heavy products and see how they affect your kids.

Rosemary & Onions  Sundried Tomato and Pesto Crackers

Check out the range below and instore – I highly rate both the sweet and the savoury options – the Rosemary and Onion Cheese Crackers are possibly the best crackers I have tasted – gluten free or otherwise!  The cheesy bites contain 48% real cheese and are baked, not fried.

Tomato, Olive Oregano Cheese Bites  Original Cheese Bites  Sour Cream & Onion

The Cheese Bites range…..

Mrs Crimble’s started over 20 years ago and today their products can be found in all good independent farm shops, health stores, delicatessens and supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op and Tesco.
