The modern day superheroes delivering the outside world to your desk

It’s official, we’re working harder and longer than ever before. New research this month has shows that nearly half of us regularly work four or more hours’ overtime a week, with nearly a third putting in seven or more extra hours. For more than half of those who worked overtime, the extra hours were unpaid. A fifth of respondents took less than 30 minutes for lunch and 12 per cent did not have a lunch break at all.

So with even less “me time” than ever before, we’ve scoured the country for the modern day superheroes bringing you all of life’s modern day essentials at your desk, just make sure to get some fresh air once in a while!
