*Natur-Vital leave-in conditioner £7.49 – Give your hair a rinse and pop some of this organic spray on and forget about your hair – the lovely ingredients will smooth and nourish your hair, making it manageable

*Before you leave for the day – if you are only going for a day or have access to a *gosh* shower!  use this in your conditioner to give your hair some UV protection.  This is Wella’s SP (Salon Professional) Sun Concentrate – pick up from any Wella salon

*Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray £20.50- the original and genre defining salt spray, this is the one that set the whole industry in motion.  Wash. spritz.  Job done and textured beach hair for the rest of the day and longer lasting hair the next day.  My hair gets oily really quickly but it doesn’t as quickly using this.

*Richard Ward Couture  – Gravitiser Sleekening Cream -£18  This one is great if you don’t want the texture of a salt spray but don’t want to have to dry your hair off and style it to keep it hanging nicely.  The formula is designed to reduce hair bulk without oiliness and also contains UV protection and humidity technology.

*JOICO® Design Collection – Texture spray £14.95 is a “hydrating texturising” spray – so similar to a salt spray – it will make your hair look like you’ve been out in the water all morning and chilling all afternoon in the sun.   It’s a great way not to worry about your hair and just the elements and the ingredients do their work!
