Treat yourself or your loved-ones to an artistic get-away this spring

Introducing ArtisON; the creative get-away located in Masham, nestled amongst the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.

With a range of exciting arts and crafts workshops, locally sourced food, plus overnight packages, ArtisON is a jewel in the area’s crown, boosting local tourism and the artistic vibe of a rural idyll once immortalised on canvas by Turner himself.

A dream come true for its founders, artists and business people, Josie Beszant, Ian Scott Massie, Sue Palin and Gaynor Pearson, ArtisON has helped the group realise their creative aspirations.

To make a living out of something they truly love, the ArtisON team have turned a building that stood empty for five-years into a studio space and cafe. Decorated with illustrations reminiscent of Charleston House, the famous home of the Bloomsbury-set, the tranquil setting is now proving an inspirational draw to beginners and experienced creative-types alike.

With something for everyone, ArtisON workshops are the perfect way to have fun, relax, learn something new and an ideal creative gift for Mothers’ Day:
26th march – Ceramic jewellery

1st April – Creating natural beauty products

2nd April – Arranging spring flowers

9th April – Willow decorations

16th April – Textured Ceramic tiles

21st April – Bags of felt

  Earrings  Heart   Felt Bag

ArtisON also hold courses especially for special events, such as hen parties, mother’s day or birthdays. And, it’s not just the food that’s local, ArtisON boasts tutors representing the best artistic talent that Yorkshire has to offer, plus, by teaming up with other tourism based businesses in the area, ArtisON is proud to support its community.

The perfect gift and opportunity to get away from it all, ArtisON delivers the ultimate countryside retreat for anyone with a creative itch to scratch.
