Bric’s Luggage – Luxury Suitcases as Seen on Celebrities

Bric’s is a classic Italian luggage brand which was founded back in 1952 by designer Mario Briccola, and has been an icon in the world of accessories ever since. One of the first brands to make the ‘Made in Italy’ label into a mark of class and quality, Bric’s is as popular now as it was in the middle of the 20th century, and is a luggage brand you can often see being flaunted by major celebrities.

Here, we take a look at some of the most famous fans of Bric’s luggage, and who has been seen with their coveted Bric’s cases both on and off screen!

Bric’s in the Movies

Bric’s suitcases have made some notable appearances in recent movies, for example in the 2010 Johnny Depp movie The Tourist. In this film, Depp was seen carrying a discreet and stylish Bric’s duffel bag in a classic dark brown shade as his character, Frank Tulepo visits Venice. Johnny Depp can make just about anything look good, but the bag is a real classic that is also a very practical style for travel.

Another Bric’s movie appearance, though perhaps in a less critically acclaimed title, is in the honeymoon scenes in the movie adaptations of the Twilight saga novels by Stephanie Meyer. The Duchess of Cambridge, or Kate Middleton as we used to know her, may have actually made less headlines on her wedding day than her younger sister Pippa, whose figure hugging bridesmaid dress made her an overnight fashion icon. Pippa Middleton is a big Bric’s fan, and is rarely photographed travelling without her favourite olive coloured rolling duffel bag by the Italian brand. As the sister of the future queen of England, Pippa knows that she might be caught by the paparazzi at any time on her travels, but she always looks stylish and confident with her comfortable and great looking travel bag.

Bric’s and Hollywood Stars

On the other side of the Atlantic, Bric’s is just as much a must have for some stars. Blake Lively, who became famous in the TV show Gossip Girl, owns several pieces from the Bric’s Safari line and has been photographed with them on many occasions. Kris Jenner of Keeping Up With The Kardashians fame is also a Bric’s Safari fan, and loves her beautiful white duffel from the collection.

Another famous US fan is Sex & The City’s Charlotte, AKA Kristin Davis, who loves the X-Bag collection by Bric’s and has proclaimed herself a major fan of the Italian label.
