Citrus Blush

Ingredients (per serving):

50ml gin

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

20ml fresh pink grapefruit juice

30ml lemongrass tea, cooled

15ml sugar syrup

Garnish: Lemongrass and grapefruit half moon

Fill the GIN balloon glass with ice cubes and pour over all the ingredients. Stir for 10 seconds and garnish with a stalk of lemongrass and a half moon of fresh grapefruit.  GIN Balloon Glass 420ml Clear (set of 2), £26

 

East-West Twist

Ingredients (per serving):

50ml gin

25ml lychee juice

15ml jasmine tea

Soda (to top up)

15ml lemon wedge squeezed

Garnish: Lemon twist

Fill the GIN tumbler with ice cubes and pour over all the ingredients. Stir for 10 seconds and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.  GIN Tumbler 310ml Clear (set of 2), £20

 

G & Tea

Ingredients (per serving):

40ml gin

20ml cranberry juice

15ml apple juice

25ml Earl Grey tea, cooled

A spoon of black cherry jam

Garnish: 2 raspberries and an apple fan

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and top up with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and serve in the GIN cocktail glass. Garnish with two raspberries and an apple fan.  GIN Cocktail Glass 220ml Clear (set of 2), £26

 

Summer Breeze

Ingredients (per serving):

40ml gin

15ml lavender syrup

10ml Maraschino liqueur

15ml fresh lemon juice

Garnish: 1 or 2 fresh lavender sprigs

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and top up with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Double strain and serve in the GIN coupe. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.  GIN Coupe 280ml Clear (set of 2), £26

 

Botanical Tonic

Ingredients (per serving):

50ml gin

Tonic (to top up)

Garnish: Cucumber spiral and long rosemary sprig

Place a thin and long cucumber slice around the sides of the GIN highball and fill glass with ice cubes. Pour over all the gin and the tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.  GIN Highball 380ml Clear (set of 2), £22

 

G & Tea (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients (per serving):

20ml cranberry juice

15ml apple juice

25ml Earl Grey tea
