The countdown to St. Patrick’s Day on Friday 17th March has begun. It’s the day where everybody feels a little bit Irish. So prepare your Irish Stew, paint yourself green, grab your Dubliner Whiskey or Feeney’s Irish Cream and make some of these Irish cocktails at home. Have the craic and be a Dubliner. Slainte!
The ‘Molly Malone’ Mule – named after the unofficial anthem of Dublin, this effervescent cocktail combines delicious Dubliner Irish Whiskey with spicy ginger beer and lime for a fun twist:
Add ice to a copper julep cup. Pour in 35-50ml of The Dubliner Irish Whiskey (depending on preference) and the juice of a quarter of a lime. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint, lime wedge and a slice of ginger (optional).

The Dubliner Spire, named after the striking 120 metre high Dublin landmark, is a refreshing, no-fuss cocktail, which is easy to make. The Dubliner Irish Whiskey is enriched with sweet honey and a little lemon for a citrus twist.
