The Fingernails 2 Go printing machines are pushing the booming nail industry into the 21st century, allowing nail art lovers to quickly and efficiently create new nail art designs. The service is sure to be a hit with time conscious beauty lovers, as the process takes a matter of minutes.

The machine has the ability to take any photo and print it directly onto the nail, alternatively for those looking for inspiration there is a library of over 1,000 designs, patterns and pictures.

Designs can be printed onto a natural nail, or directly onto an acrylic or gel nail base, they are simply coated with a UV polish which dries in the machine. The UV is required to react with the lasers and print on the nail. Before printing, the design is sized on the machine screen to fit the nail of the user and when happy the user can simply press print while holding their finger steady.

Alex Clayton from Superdrug’s Beauty Service team said; “Technology is driving every area of our lives and we want to bring nails completely up to date with introduction of this revolutionary new machine.

“Our aim with beauty services is to make expert treatments quick, affordable, easily accessible and to also be able to offer something so innovative is very exciting.”

Price list:

Single fingernail – £1.50

Full set of ten fingernails –£10.00

Full set (12) of artificial nails –£12.50

No appointment is necessary; customers can simply call into their local store and with the help of the trained assistant print their nails.
