But, will Bernie survive the storm and return to his love, Miriam?

The bombings of WW11 have forced four siblings out of town and into the countryside with relatives. A familiar game of hide and seek leads the youngest child, Lucy, into a wardrobe to hide, where she discovers a mystical place called Narnia. With guidance from the magical creatures of Narnia they battle to defeat the evil queen and save Narnia.

Based on the events of a true story, Herman forms a racially-integrated football team for the first time. Tensions arise as players of different races are forced together on the same team.
