Wilkinsons Haul
Being from Scotland I’ve never seen a Wilkinson’s store but heard good things about them. I happened to be passing on the other day in Gravesend and decided to nip in and see what goodies I could find!
Half price high end sun tan lotion – Was impressed to see my two favourites, Piz Buin and Hawaiian Tropic for £6 each. I know if you wait and get a 3 for 2 at Boots you’d get it for those prices but I wasn’t able to wait and wanted only one of each.
Wilkinson’s own enamel protect toothpaste. I didn’t like the consistency of this one – it didn’t feel very toothpastey but maybe that’s how the enamel one is supposed to taste? I’m going to look into flouride free toothpaste shortly anyway..
Sanex Zero – apparently a deodorant without parabens and aluminium but isn’t an anti-perspiration so won’t stop sweating.
Maybelline Dream Satin Fluid. For a friend and happened to be a few quid cheaper than Boots or Superdrug at the time.
A hairbrush for £1. You’d pay £5 or £6 in Boots for something similar.
Anyone else had good bargains from Wilkinsons?
