Aldi is inviting ale lovers to join a beer revolution. From May 29 eighteen British-brewed ales will be launched in every English and Welsh Aldi store. Hand picked for the Beer Festival, these ales are sourced from 13 exceptional beer producing, small breweries around the UK. And with each tipple priced at just £1.25, you can afford to try a few!

Here are our picks:
· Strongarm (4.3%, ruby red ale, 500ml) – Brewed at Camerons Brewery, the only remaining major brewery in the northeast. This is the brewery’s flagship ale and has a ruby tint, with a great malty taste lingering on the palate. Great with red meat dishes or strong flavoured pies.
