World Duty Free – plan your beauty buys around your holidays!

The trend recently for planning beauty purchases around your summer holiday has taken hold and many women are choosing to save largish or bulk purchases till they get to the airport – even to the point of arriving at the airport early doors!

If you are very lucky to fly out of Edinburgh, they have a Jo Malone and MAC, Gatwick has MAC and many of the other regional airports that fall under “World Duty Free” have a fantastic selection of Clinique, Dior, Chanel, YSL makeup and endless amounts of perfume.  Gone are the days when duty free was about cheap booze and fags – it’s now about the high end spend!

Exclusive Products

Brands have now caught on to this “pre-holiday” splurge and targeting these buyers with exclusive sets and purchases.  My favourites are the Clinique “Eye Definition” shown here in more detail, the YSL Makeup Palette “Very YSL” (£40.95) and all of the Benefit Collections with apt names like “First Class Flirt” and “Lashes with Altitude!” although there are many more – why not plan your visit around some of these gorgeous exclusives?
